Redditch, Worcestershire (fully on-site initially, then 1-2 days per week WFH available)
£Negotiable DOE
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:45pm, Friday 8am to 2:45pm

We're working with a well-established, international organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner to support a busy commercial and operational site in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where HR plays a key role in shaping culture, supporting managers, and driving continuous improvement.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll act as the primary HR contact for the site, supporting both office-based and warehouse teams. This is a broad, generalist role offering real variety and the opportunity to influence at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinaries and absence management
  • Supporting and coordinating end-to-end recruitment for site-based roles
  • Developing and delivering onboarding and training initiatives
  • Driving employee engagement and supporting a positive workplace culture
  • Managing HR administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Supporting payroll inputs, time and attendance, and benefits administration
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant with UK employment legislation

Requirements:

This opportunity is open could well suit an experienced HR Advisor ready to step up or an established HR Business Partner seeking a varied, hands-on role.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role (HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level)
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Strong employee relations experience and confidence supporting managers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, practical approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience within a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment would be advantageous
