Industrial Services Operative - Immediate Start - TEMP TO PERM Opportunity
Location: Kidderminster (Projects across the UK)
Salary: £13.50-£14.00 per hour (OTE £35-38K per annum)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + travel time (Some weekend and evening work required)
Accommodation & Transport:
Accommodation provided (Single occupancy room, no sharing required).
Travel time and overtime paid (time and a half after 8 hours, weekends double time).
Transport to and from project sites is provided (must be able to get to the Kidderminster facility).

Job Overview:
This role involves working on industrial service projects across the UK, including oil tank cleaning, fuel polishing, site decommissioning, and more. Projects may require travel, often involving stays of 3 to 10 nights away (accommodation provided). While the work is physically demanding, they provide all safety equipment and training necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform industrial service work on a variety of projects, including oil tank cleaning, confined space work, fuel polishing, industrial water jetting, and more.
Work safely and efficiently, complying with all Health & Safety standards at all times.
Travel to project sites across the UK (including Scotland & Northern Ireland), with accommodation provided.
Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
CSCS Card (required).
Full UK driving license (required).
Previous experience in industrial services or a similar role (preferred).
Confined space training and IPAF certification (desirable but not essential).
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
Physically fit and able to handle strenuous tasks.
Must be a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
Strong commitment to Health & Safety practices.
Excellent punctuality and reliability.

Additional Information:
Location: Based near Kidderminster, Worcestershire. Candidates should be able to reach our facility within 30 minutes.
