Industrial Services Operative - Immediate Start - TEMP TO PERM Opportunity

Location: Kidderminster (Projects across the UK)
Salary: £13.50-£14.00 per hour (OTE £35-38K per annum)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + travel time (Some weekend and evening work required)

Accommodation & Transport:

  • Accommodation provided (Single occupancy room, no sharing required).

  • Travel time and overtime paid (time and a half after 8 hours, weekends double time).

  • Transport to and from project sites is provided (must be able to get to the Kidderminster facility).

Job Overview:

This role involves working on industrial service projects across the UK, including oil tank cleaning, fuel polishing, site decommissioning, and more. Projects may require travel, often involving stays of 3 to 10 nights away (accommodation provided). While the work is physically demanding, they provide all safety equipment and training necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform industrial service work on a variety of projects, including oil tank cleaning, confined space work, fuel polishing, industrial water jetting, and more.

  • Work safely and efficiently, complying with all Health & Safety standards at all times.

  • Travel to project sites across the UK (including Scotland & Northern Ireland), with accommodation provided.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CSCS Card (required).

  • Full UK driving license (required).

  • Previous experience in industrial services or a similar role (preferred).

  • Confined space training and IPAF certification (desirable but not essential).

  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.

  • Physically fit and able to handle strenuous tasks.

  • Must be a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Strong commitment to Health & Safety practices.

  • Excellent punctuality and reliability.
