About the Role - IT Configuration Operative

We are seeking multiple detail-oriented Data Erasure Operatives to join our clients expanding ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) operations team. Due to business growth, we have several positions available with excellent potential for permanent employment for the right candidates. These hands-on roles involve processing IT assets through secure data erasure procedures in a professional warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities - IT Configuration Operative

• Data Erasure Processing: Execute complete data erasure procedures including BIOS reset, data wiping, and diagnostics on various IT assets
• Asset Management: Handle asset stewardship, tracking, and processing according to system instructions and compliance requirements
• Quality Control: Ensure all processes meet strict SLA requirements (48-hour system updates) and maintain professional standards
• Compliance: Remove manufacturer labels and BIOS/UEFI information as required, managing failed erasure devices appropriately
• Housekeeping: Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage waste disposal within designated zones
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform PPM checks, equipment servicing, and escalate technical issues as needed

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse or technical environments preferred
