  • Leading and developing Shift Engineers through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job development

  • Ensuring effective execution of corrective, preventative, and planned maintenance activities

  • Driving root cause analysis and implementing long-term reliability improvements

  • Improving maintenance and processing methods to reduce downtime and operating costs

  • Supporting and reviewing first-line preventative maintenance plans with Production Leaders

  • Coordinating external contractors, suppliers, and technical specialists

  • Managing maintenance routines, planning, and reporting within SAP

  • Overseeing MRO budget control and spare parts management

  • Scheduling planned maintenance around production requirements

  • Providing cover for the Maintenance Manager when required

  • Supporting site-wide operational excellence and maintenance framework initiatives

The role requires flexibility to work across shifts as needed to support the team and site performance.

About You

  • Proven experience leading or supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability

  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (desirable)

  • A passion for reliability, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across departments

What's on Offer

  • Option to buy additional annual leave

  • Salary sacrifice car scheme & cycle to work scheme

  • Gym membership discounts

  • 12x life assurance

  • Private medical insurance & critical illness cover
