Press Setter Operative

We are looking for an experienced Press Setter Operative to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting and operating industrial presses, a good eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.

This is an excellent temp-perm opportunity for a growing client. Commutable from Kidderminster, Hartlebury, Worcester and Droitwich.

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm / Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

Pay: £15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate press machinery safely and efficiently
• Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Ensure products meet quality specifications
• Work to drawings and design requirements
• Work effectively as part of a production team
• Follow all health & safety procedures
• Occasional spraying / spot welding

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a press setter operative (essential)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
