Production Operative / Factory Operative (4 on 4 off - Permanent)

Location: Leominster, HR6
Salary: £29,374.80 rising to £30,030 after probation, plus overtime and upskilling pay
Hours: 12-hour shifts | 4 on 4 off | Days and Nights

We are recruiting Production Operatives / Factory Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site in Leominster. This is a straight permanent position offering long-term stability, structured training, and opportunities to increase earnings through upskilling and overtime.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in factory, warehouse, food production or machine-based environments who are comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in producing high-quality snack products by:

  • Operating production, frying or packing machinery

  • Completing routine quality checks to maintain food safety standards

  • Monitoring machines, identifying faults and reporting issues promptly

  • Supporting production targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Working closely with colleagues to minimise downtime

  • Following all health and safety and food hygiene procedures

Full training is provided, and candidates with transferable factory or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
