Production Operative / Factory Operative (4 on 4 off - Permanent)
Location: Leominster, HR6
Salary: £29,374.80 rising to £30,030 after probation, plus overtime and upskilling pay
Hours: 12-hour shifts | 4 on 4 off | Days and Nights

We are recruiting Production Operatives / Factory Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site in Leominster. This is a straight permanent position offering long-term stability, structured training, and opportunities to increase earnings through upskilling and overtime.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in factory, warehouse, food production or machine-based environments who are comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in producing high-quality snack products by:
Operating production, frying or packing machinery
Completing routine quality checks to maintain food safety standards
Monitoring machines, identifying faults and reporting issues promptly
Supporting production targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Working closely with colleagues to minimise downtime
Following all health and safety and food hygiene procedures
Full training is provided, and candidates with transferable factory or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
