Production / Manufacturing Operative - Temp to Perm - Day Shift
£12.60 per hour | Early Finish Friday

Are you an experienced Machine Operator, Plant Operator, Production Operative or Process Operative looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a highly regulated manufacturing environment?

We are recruiting for a Powder Plant Machine Operator to operate specialist MOD (Ministry of Defence) equipment within a controlled production facility in Kidderminster.

This is a hands-on, responsible role working within strict safety and quality standards.

The Role - Production / Manufacturing Operative

As part of the production team, you will:

• Operate and monitor powder plant machinery used in regulated manufacturing processes
• Work with specialist MOD equipment in line with strict operating procedures
• Manufacture and process materials in accordance with approved methods
• Handle powder-based and chemical materials safely (full PPE provided)
• Maintain accurate production records
• Escalate machinery or facility faults to Cell Leaders / Supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant workstation
• Follow all health & safety and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience in a manufacturing, factory, production or industrial environment
• Confidence working with chemicals or hazardous materials (advantageous)
• A methodical, quality-focused approach
• Strong reliability and a professional attitude
• Good awareness of health & safety practices

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:30pm

Early Friday finish - No weekend work
