The Role

A genuinely exciting opportunity for a passionate, sales focussed and determined individual looking to forge a career in a fast growth environment with significant earnings potential. You must be professional, with the ability to communicate effectively with key clients up to Senior and Exec level. You will be given full support and structured training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with each client, developing a thorough understanding of their business and their culture in order to introduce them to very best and most suitable candidates.
• Negotiate terms of business where required.
• Advertise and promote vacancies using a range of media / social media and manage all advert response.
• Headhunting - identify and approach suitable candidates.
• Prepare candidate CV's for presentation to the client.
• Manage the candidate journey through CV presentation to interview confirmations, offer and acceptance, confirming start date.
• Offer advice to clients and candidates on subjects such as salary benchmarking, pay rates, CV writing, interview techniques etc.
• Utilise internal database and ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
• Client account management and business development.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Recruitment experience beneficial but not essential.
• Confident, ambitious and target driven.
• A good, confident telephone manner.
• The ability to communicate professionally in writing (email).
• Ambitious and sales focussed.
• A technical mind set / keen interest in technology.
• Good all round IT & administration skills.

Basic salary £20k to £25k based on experience.

Based in Stourbridge, West Midlands.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
