Hewett Recruitment is looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our client's team, providing top-class technical support across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys travel, problem-solving, and working directly with high-tech machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel across the UK to provide on-site servicing and maintenance of industrial machines.

• Remove, inspect, and replace pumps as needed.

• Check electrical switches and assess system operations for optimal performance.

• Ensure seamless interfacing with machine tools, including Mazak, Matsuura, and Okuma machines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a service or field engineer, ideally with CNC or industrial machinery.

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including pumps, switches, and system diagnostics.

• Ability to work independently on the road and adapt to varied technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
