Are you a proactive and ambitious warehouse and logistics professional ready to take the next step in your career?

We're seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established international business with a strong presence in the UK. You'll support the continued growth of the organisation's logistics and warehousing operations, working closely with the Warehouse team to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all functions.

The Role

As Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of daily operations, overseeing the flow of goods in and out, maintaining accurate stock control, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistical performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact, contribute fresh ideas, and help shape the future of a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with transport providers and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Identify and drive productivity and efficiency improvements.
  • Support the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions.
  • Analyse logistics data and prepare actionable performance reports.
  • Uphold health and safety compliance standards.
  • Provide hands-on support within warehouse operations when needed.

About You

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Experience using WMS or logistics software (desirable).
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and detail-focused.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Valid FLT licence (essential).
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics or supply chain (desirable).
