Customer Service or Solutions Coordinator

If you are a confident self-starter with a positive attitude and would thrive on being part of a team, this could be an ideal opportunity to build on your existing customer service skills. You will need to be highly organised and not afraid to work in a busy, fast paced environment.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Processing all customer orders or call -out requests
  • Liaising with suppliers or internal and external customers
  • Coordinating with engineers
  • Responding to customer queries by phone and email
  • Providing quotes as required
  • Scheduling jobs and deliveries

Working in a busy telephone environment, you will need to be skilled at multi- tasking and working with complex information.

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to manage varying workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to pick up new systems and learn processes quickly
  • Confident on Microsoft Office

Based in Pershore, out client is offering a salary up to £21k depending on experience, plus overtime.
