IT Support Technician

Location: Kidderminster
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office

We're looking for a proactive and capable IT Support Technician to join a collaborative IT team, providing front-line support across user endpoints, applications, and internal systems. This is a varied role that covers both technical troubleshooting and user-focused service delivery, helping to keep the business running smoothly and securely.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering 1st and some 2nd line support across desktops, laptops, mobiles, and user endpoints

• Providing responsive support to internal users both in person and remotely

• Managing support tickets, escalating where appropriate

• Supporting new user setups, onboarding/offboarding, and hardware deployments

• Administering Active Directory, Office 365, and general desktop environments

• Installing and configuring application software and devices

• Maintaining asset management records and ensuring compliance with internal IT standards

• Contributing to cybersecurity best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, etc.)

What you'll need:

• Around 2 years' experience in an IT Support or Technical Helpdesk role

• Confident working with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory

• Exposure to Azure and MFA

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• A full UK driving licence and your own transport

• Permanent right to live and work in the UK
