Office Administrator

Job description

We have a new excellent Temp - Perm opportunity in Pershore for an Administrator to join a growing team.

Duties will include:

*Perform general office administrative duties as and when required
*Working independently in the office
*Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
*Assist with raising accurate invoices within various time-frames
*Liaising with departments such as Customer Service, Finance and Operations

Administrator requirements:

*Previous administrative experience
*IT Literate, Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
*Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and customers

Hours: 8 per day (Flexible)

On-site Parking
Schedule:

Pay: £10/hr + Holiday

This is a Temp to Perm position. The right candidate should be looking for a new opportunity on an ongoing basis leading into a permanent role.
