Project Manager
A growing technology organisation in Hereford is looking for a Project Manager to support a range of internal and customer-facing projects. The company delivers secure digital solutions to clients across government, defence and industry, and is expanding its project function as demand increases.
The Role
This role sits within a developing Project Management Office and involves working closely with senior technical leaders and operational teams. You will play a key part in planning, coordinating and delivering a variety of projects. Responsibilities include:
Supporting the planning and delivery of multiple projects at different stages
Producing project plans, task lists and schedules, and keeping them up to date
Coordinating work between internal teams, suppliers and external partners
Assisting with change control, configuration updates and project governance activities
Monitoring risks, issues and dependencies and ensuring they are recorded and managed
Keeping project documentation accurate and maintained throughout the lifecycle
Providing organisational and administrative support to the wider delivery team
This is an onsite role based in Hereford during standard office hours.
What We Are Looking For
Experience working in a structured or fast-paced technology, IT, engineering or service setting
Strong organisational ability with confidence coordinating multiple activities
Good communication skills and comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
A relevant qualification or background in IT, technology or project-related fields
Any project management training or certification such as PRINCE2, Agile or APM is beneficial
