There is now a great opportunity for a Technical Support Co-ordinator to join a well-established technical manufacturer that specialises in producing parts and components for the medical industry sector. As a Technical Support Co-ordinator, your focus will be supporting the Technical Department, data collection and generating technical documentation

Technical Support Co-ordinator Responsibilities;

• To support the Technical Department
• To assist with reviewing the different quality standards for the different product lines
• Collect and organize the technical documentation
• Assist with writing in-house test reports
• Assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis

Technical Support Co-ordinator Requirements;

• HNC or HND in Engineering or Science would be advantageous
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Experienced with internal auditing
• Experienced in generating technical documentation
• Good communications skills are essential
