We're seeking a skilled Logistics Operator with proven experience in warehouse and dispatch environments. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with forklift operations, vehicle loading, stock control, and daily logistical coordination within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move goods and materials across the site

• Prepare and dispatch customer orders, ensuring correct paperwork and components

• Load and unload vehicles

• Operate forklifts and company vehicles to move stock internally and off-site

• Collect and return tooling to/from offsite storage

• Manage site waste collections and complete associated documentation

• Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness to 6S standards

• Perform daily vehicle, racking, and FLT checks

• Support booking in/out procedures (GRNs, consumables, stock)

Essential Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in a logistics, dispatch, or warehouse role

• Valid FLT licence

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Attention to detail with a proactive attitude
