The Kidderminster based Specsavers group, is made up of three sister sitesd, Lens-Online, Vision Labs and Internatonal Glazing Services (IGS)
Each of these sites are state of the art centre situated on Stourport Road, Kidderminster. They are a fast growing state of the art production, warehousing and distribution facilities who are part of the multi-national Specsavers Group - the world’s largest privately-owned optical group.
The Specsavers Group are seeking Warehouse & Assembly Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm basis, with a great training and development programme. This means that many of the temporary job opportunities within the Specsavers Group can lead to permanent employment.
Many of the Temporary opportunities at the Specsavers Group have the potential to turn into Permanent placements.

Production Operative's Duties (but not limited to) -
Loading
Machine minding
Coating and tinting of optical products
Picking & Packing products for dispatch
Keeping work area clean and tidy
Ensuring that products are quality checked and finished to a high standard
Following clear processes with excellent attention to details
High proportion of Temp to Perm opportunities

The team will take you through the registration process, the onboarding assessments and how you videos of the role and environment.

Interview at with a Shift Leader, walking around the site so you can see the environment and ask any questions.
