Job: Accounts and Customer Service Administrator
Location: Pershore
Hours: 9 - 5pm 3 days work from home 2 in the office
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
I am representing our client bnased in Pershore who are currently seeking an Accounts and Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a lovely opportunity for someone with perhaps little finance experience looking to gain more exposure. Equally, someone with 2+ years finance experience who is happy to work in a customer facing role would be suited.
Finance Duties:-
Raising invoices
Creating accounts for customers
Checking background to monthly contractor`s invoice for payment
Purchase orders and taking ad hoc payments
Inputting invoices onto the system
Customer Service duties:-
You will be providing advice
Recording complaints, and helping with queries
Liaising with contractors to help seek a resolution to any complaints and incidents
Skills & Experience:-
Experience of providing administrative support
Experience of liaising with members of the public and contractors in a professional capacity
Telephone and email customer service experience
Experience of raising purchase orders, taking ad hoc payments , raising new accounts and checking invoices are accurate and coding up for payment.
