Administration and Facilities Assistant

Supporting the HR Business Partner of this innovative software company, the Administration and Facilities Assistant will act as a key support and coordinator to employees and managers, enhancing employee welfare and engagement.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with facilities support and administration across all locations and resolving issues as they arise
  • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance
  • Being the first point of contact for facilities and HR queries including internal employees, external candidates and customers and suppliers
  • Establishing and maintaining employee and recruitment records accurately
  • Ensuring that the company's forms, policies, guidance documents and intranet are up to date
  • Supporting with the whole recruitment cycle
  • Supporting the HR Business partner with monitoring the employee performance review
  • Ensuring all absence management systems are maintained
  • Assisting with data entry requirements when required
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Any other administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience required for the Administration and Facilities Assistant:

  • Exceptional administration and organisational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Confident on all Microsoft office packages
  • Self-motivated with an ability to manage own workload
  • A willingness to learn and develop personally and professionally
  • Ideally educated to graduate level (or equivalent)
  • A flexible attitude - willing to travel to other offices if required

The location of the business is on the outskirts of Ross on Wye and so own transport is essential. Initially, a flexible combination of home and office working is offered as is a salary of up to £21k and excellent additional benefits.
