Are you an Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as part of a close-knit team?
My Kidderminster based client are looking for an Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. This is a varied and busy role, supporting all parts of the business! Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*General office administration, ordering stationary and shredding
*Matching orders to picking notes and printing POD's
*Scanning and filing documentation
*Working through a job queue to ensure no outstanding orders remain
*Checking and processing orders
*Answering the phone
*Preparing and sending invoices
*Preparing and printing reports
*Inputting information onto excel spreadsheets
To be successful in this Administrator role you must be confident with a strong telephone manner. This role requires someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in as part of the team.
This is a full-time temporary Administrator position based in Kidderminster. Working hours are 08:45 - 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:45 to 16:15 on a Friday.
