Client Engagement / Sales Account Manager
Representing a forward thinking, innovative software solutions company, you will connect with both new and existing customers forging long term relationships as well as identifying fresh business opportunities. Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Reaching out to potential customers and fostering relationships with existing clients
Developing an in-depth understanding of clients' needs
Proactively exploring new avenues for business growth within the events industry
Demonstrating a willingness to learn about the events industry
Understanding and learning how the software offerings will benefit customers
Travelling to industry events, conferences and client meetings to represent the company
Aiming to achieve KPI's and sales targets
Presenting and showcasing the software products to small groups
Educating clients on features and benefits
Skills and Experience:
Previous Sales experience
Exceptional relationship builder
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Genuine interest in the events industry and / or software solutions
A team player with a genuine enthusiasm and passion for account management and sales
A willingness to learn new products.
Based in Tewkesbury, our client is offering a salary of between c£31k - £40k depending on experience and hybrid working.
