Credit Controller

Credit Control - Up to £24,000 - Worcester - Onsite Parking - HYBRID Working

Working in partnership with this innovative, ambitious and hugely diverse organisation, we are seeking a experienced Credit Controller to join our client.

The successful candidate will have experience of Credit Control. Key accountabilities include:

• To proactively investigate and chase debt across a wide-ranging ledger using various systems to ensure team KPI's are met
• Build relationships with all internal and external Stakeholders.
• Escalate queries and problem accounts as necessary and engage with various stakeholders to ensure resolution.
• Aged Debt report updated with Notes to ensure accurate cash collection.
• Responsible for analysis of data to support the Balance Sheet reconciliations as well as raising periodic journals.
• Ensure you have a good understanding of all tasks across the team for absence and holiday cover.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
• Ensure process maps and guides are up to date and new ones implemented where required.
• Identify and make process improvements to ensure that any risk element is identified and eliminated at source.
• Identify areas for development and use own initiative to drive change
