Customer Service Administrator

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Processing sales orders for both existing and new customers

  • Answering customer queries on the phone and email

  • Ensuring all paperwork and processes are adhered to, meeting customer service expectations

  • Managing customers' expectations and communicating with regards to their orders

  • Actively engaging and supporting outstanding customer service throughout the whole customer journey

  • Liaising with internal departments (production, despatch, accounts)

Skills and experience required:

  • A proactive, positive attitude and ability to use own initiative

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • An ability to multi task and prioritise workload

  • An ability work in a busy, sometimes pressured environment

  • Confident in Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases

  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry experience

Based in Ledbury, salary depending o experience

Hours of work - Mon - Thurs - 8.30 - 5pm and Fri - 8.30 - 4.30pm
