This role will involve:
*Answering incoming calls
*Handling and dealing with customer complaints
*Making outbound calls to arrange delivery dates
*Keeping records up to date on the system
As a successful Customer Service Advisor you should:
*Work well as a member of the team
*Have relevant customer service or call centre experience
*Be used to working to targets and achieving KPI's
*Thrive under pressure and in a fast paced environment
This role is based in Hartlebury and is easily commutable from Kidderminster, Stourport, Worcester and surrounding areas.
This is a full time position for 6 months.
