Customer service co-ordinator

We are looking for a customer service co-ordinator who is available immediately to join our well-established client in Malvern, Worcestershire on an ongoing temporary basis. This role involves being the first line of support to all new and existing clients who require assistance.

Duties:

  • Dealing with over the phone and email enquiries
  • Processing of orders and preparing invoices
  • Ordering and replenishing stock
  • Arranging customer support meetings
  • Preparing quotations

Requirements:

  • Sales and business administration experience essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Complaint resolution experience
  • Strong organisation and administrative abilities
  • Strong IT skills

Pay: £9.76 - £12.21 per hour 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday

This is a full time temporary on going office position based in Malvern.

The successful candidate must be available immediately.
