Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will have an excellent telephone manner and be an excellent relationship builder.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Handling inbound customer calls and resolving issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring written interactions are processed and responses issued
  • Liaising closely with other internal teams and maintaining good relationships with Property Managers
  • Maintaining regular contact with Contractors and Suppliers and responding to queries promptly
  • Raising maintenance orders and liaising with contractors with regards to work required
  • Updating internal databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a customer services environment
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • An ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
  • A self- motivated individual as well as an excellent team player
  • Strong administration skills and high levels of accuracy

Based in Worcester, our client is offering a salary of c £18,000 based on a 35 hour week. A full training programme will be undertaken and full support given.
