Customer Service Advisor / Order Processing Administrator

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | £16.12 per hour
Redditch (Office-based with 2 days hybrid)
08:00 - 16:30 | Monday to Friday (40 hours)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor, Sales Order Administrator, or Customer Support professional looking for a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term progression?

Our client is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly, fast-paced team, supporting customer accounts from order entry through to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established organisation.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take ownership of assigned customer accounts and manage the full order lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery

  • Acting as the main contact for customer queries, updates, and issue resolution

  • Liaising with internal teams (planning, logistics, production) to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Proactively resolving delivery, stock, or order issues

  • Maintaining accurate records using ERP systems and MS Office

  • Supporting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience

What We're Looking For

This role would suit someone with experience in:

  • Customer Service / Customer Support / Customer Care

  • Sales Order Processing or Order Administration

  • Account management or customer account coordination

You'll also bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence managing multiple orders and priorities

  • Experience using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset

  • A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
