Customer Services Administrator

If you are an experienced Customer Services professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong technical acumen, this could be an ideal opportunity to join a successful company and fully utilise your skills. Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Communicating effectively with both Customers and the Production team to ensure the fulfilment of customer orders
  • Accurately inputting orders onto the ERP system
  • Updating customer schedules and ensuring that goods are delivered on time, including booking transport and completing export documentation
  • Answering all incoming calls and dealing with queries accordingly
  • Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships
  • Dealing with all customer queries in a timely and professional fashion
  • Liaising with Production on stock availability to ensure it can meet customer demand
  • Archiving invoices and documentation as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer facing skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • An ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • A strong technical acumen and ability to pick up and learn about the company's products
  • Self-motivated with a strong and flexible approach
  • Excellent team player

Location - Malvern

Salary - £22 - £25k depending on experience
