IT Support Engineer

My client, a well-established and forward-thinking retail company, is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to help drive innovation and ensure robust IT processes across their operations. With a commitment to enhancing internal cyber security and optimising IT infrastructure, this role is integral to supporting business functions and ensuring operational efficiency.

They are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will manage IT hardware, oversee Microsoft Office accounts, liaise with external IT support partners, and assist with various IT-related tasks. You'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team, playing a key role in improving IT processes and ensuring the smooth operation of systems across the business.

IT Support Engineer Requirements:

  • Solid experience in both 1st and 2nd-line IT support, with a focus on managing escalations and resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to liaise with external IT partners to ensure the effective delivery of IT support services.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
  • Experience establishing secure firewalls and working on system security across multiple sites.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
