Our client is looking for an experienced, full-time, Lead Product Owner working on a hybrid pattern out of their office in Worcester. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking and growing company, with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a Lead Product Owner you will be working to lead other Product Owners within the business, maximise the value of their customer focused products, defining the roadmap, priorities and clarity of the outcomes experience.

Responsibilities:

* Mentor Product Owners and Business Analysts, building solid relationships, and promoting effective teamwork.

* Recognize, understand, and influence the emotions of yourself and others to build strong working relationships.

* Ensure the work generated by our Software Team aligns with business objectives and is prioritized for maximum value. Lead Product Owner

* Keep an eye on product metrics and suggest enhancements to boost our product's business value.

*Operate efficiently in a company undergoing transformational change and drive changes within existing systems and processes.

*Craft and evolve product roadmaps driven by customer and business value and use them as a crucial communication tool for stakeholders.

*Proactively seek ways to improve your knowledge and experience to contribute to our collective success.

Experience

* Strong experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager

* Experience working with cross-functional software development teams

* B2B experience

* Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Experience of working in pressured environment to strict deadlines

* Experience with DevOps or JIRA
