Shifts: rotating 6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00

We have a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering company who manufactures small parts for various industries.

This role will start as Manual Machinist, however, is planned to change to CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator in near future and you will need experience in CNC machinery.

Machinist Responsibilities:

• Setting and programming manual machines
• Follow technical diagrams and engineering drawings
• Using variety of measuring equipment, including CMM machines
• Follow all H&S, work in 6s environment

Machinist Requirements:

• Grinding experience is essential
• Experience with CNC machinery, Fanuc control
• Ability to use all measuring equipment, including CMM and shadowgraph
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• High level of detail and ability to work in fast paced, target driven environment

Based in Redditch, this Machinist role is commutable from Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Worcester and Leamington Spa.
