Located in the picturesque Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, my client had over 45 years of industry expertise, setting the gold standard in quality, compliance, and innovation. Now, they're seeking a dynamic NPI Project Engineer to spearhead their exciting new ventures.

As the NPI Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, leading the charge in bringing cutting-edge products to life. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing meticulous project plans, ensuring seamless integration of new products from inception to manufacturing.

NPI Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to oversee the smooth transition of new products into production.
• Coordinate and streamline all associated processes with precision and efficiency.

NPI Project Engineer Requirement:

• Proven track record in leading NPI development teams, achieving stellar RFT and OTIF metrics.
• Expertise in navigating contractual and statutory requirements with ease.
• Proficiency in guiding components, assemblies, and projects through pre and post-manufacturing processes.
• Collaborative spirit in determining manufacturing methods and timelines, leveraging 3D CAD, tooling, and quality assurance.
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Project) and extensive knowledge of CNC manufacturing methods.
• Deep understanding of materials, processes, and treatments, ensuring unparalleled quality every step of the way.
