The Role

As Office Administrator, you will report to the HR Manager and provide an efficient administrative service to support managers and ensure that the general office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

*Assisting with booking travel, including flights, rail tickets, taxis and hotels.
*Organising of events, including booking venues, catering, sending of invitations and general coordination.
*Ordering office supplies as needed.
*Assisting with staff expenses.
*Answering phone calls and transferring as necessary.
*Drafting, formatting and printing documents.
*Photocopying, filing and general admin duties.
*Facilities Management.

Requirements

*Previous and recent experience in a similar role essential.
*A good level of significant administration experience in a busy office environment.
*Good level of IT proficiency.
*Organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
*Teamworking.
*Flexible & enthusiastic.

£20,000 - £23,000 annual salary.
Based in Bromsgrove.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
