Office Administrator Assistant

We are looking for a highly professional office administrator who is available temporary to start immediately with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate working for a reputable company in Droitwich just outside of Kidderminster.

Start date: Immediately start

Duties:

  • Offering support to 2 French Representatives
  • Logging and raising new orders.
  • Managing the French ledger
  • Order acknowledgements
  • Obtaining freight quotes and booking shipments
  • Maintaining stock levels in French warehouse
  • Raising invoices
  • Logging and entering supplier invoices
  • Maintaining the Rental Contracts
  • Filing and general office duties
  • Provide holiday cover for other team members
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Work well within a team

Pay: £10.25 per hour full time Monday - Friday 9-5
