Part-Time Office Administrator

Office Working part-time in Pershore

Working 1-2 days per week, including a Monday (but can be flexible on the second day). Days/hours may increase as the role develops.

Working Hours: 9am-5pm

Temp for 6 months with the potential to become permanent

Hourly rate: £11.50-£12.50 per hour with weekly pay

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of projects, and overall administrative needs.

Part-time Office Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative duties across upcoming projects.
  • Tracking the database through the progress of the project, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate.
  • Scheduling teams and face-to-face meetings.
  • Providing PA support to the director of the business.
  • Accompanying the director to client meetings to develop knowledge of clients and projects.
  • Administering boardroom meetings to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Assisting in supporting the company's growth with increasing administrative requirements.

Part-time Office Administrator - Skills & Requirements:

  • A positive work ethic and commitment to the role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
