The Company

A small but established and successful business providing services specifically to the industrial, automotive and commercial sectors.

The Role

This is a part time, permanent opportunity. Working from offices in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, you will form part of a small support team, providing mainly business administration support with duties to also include some reception, accounts administration and assisting the marketing team.

Responsibilities

General office administration duties.
Maintain and update internal business systems.
Deal with daily post, in and out.
Monitor and log purchase orders.
Input invoices.
Reception duties - answer telephone, divert calls, and take messages.
Assist marketing team to include an involvement with all social media channels.
Accounts administration duties.

Requirements

Previous office administration experience required.
Accounts administration experience advantageous.
Confident telephone manner.
Must be IT literate.
Capable of working in a team.

£8.50 per hour, 22 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm (potential for hours to increase).
Based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove.
