Part-Time Office Administrator
Office Working part-time in Pershore
Working 1-2 days per week, including a Monday (but can be flexible on the second day). Days/hours may increase as the role develops.
Working Hours: 9am-5pm
Temp for 6 months with the potential to become permanent
Hourly rate: £11.50-£12.50 per hour with weekly pay
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of projects, and overall administrative needs.
Part-time Office Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative duties across upcoming projects.
- Tracking the database through the progress of the project, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate.
- Scheduling teams and face-to-face meetings.
- Providing PA support to the director of the business.
- Accompanying the director to client meetings to develop knowledge of clients and projects.
- Administering boardroom meetings to ensure they run smoothly.
- Assisting in supporting the company's growth with increasing administrative requirements.
Part-time Office Administrator - Skills & Requirements:
- A positive work ethic and commitment to the role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
