Office Assistant

Office Working Full Time 37.5 hours per week in Kidderminster

Working Hours: 9am-5pm with a half hour lunch

Salary: £22,000-£24,000 per annum

Office Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Recording all relevant information to the services electronically and on file.
  • Collate and supply job reports based upon customer requests.
  • Managing processes ensuring compliance throughout.
  • Liaising with clients to answer their queries through a variety of sources.
  • Ensuring procurement is conducted in a cost effective and timely manner.

Office Assistant - Skills & Requirements:
