Paid Media Executive (PPC)

If you are an experienced PPC professional who would thrive on being part of a 'hands on' team, sitting within a global organisation this would be a fantastic opportunity to implement your skills and take responsibility for the execution of (but not limited to) Google and Bing Ads across the global website. As well as demonstrating a strong technical acumen and a minimum of two years' PPC experience (in house or agency), you will also be an excellent planner, have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and thrive on working in a fast paced environment.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (But not be limited to):

  • Managing, running and optimising paid such platforms including Google and Bing Ads

  • Keeping track of actualised/reconciled spend against budgets and feeding back to the Digital Acquisition Manager

  • Working with the field marketing team to oversee and optimise local paid search performance

  • Looking after Ad copywriting and creation

  • Working with field marketing to translate ads into high quality local ads

  • Analysing campaign and channel performance

  • Keyword expansion and optimisation

  • Seeking new paid media opportunities for MQL generation

  • Using the paid search platforms, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to create reports and dashboards for stakeholders on paid media performance and progress

  • Supporting in executing a paid media strategy in core markets to drive traffic, revenue and new customer acquisition

  • Working with the Programs Manager and Sector teams to support campaign objectives

The Paid Media Executive will have communication links with customers and suppliers as well as a number of internal teams. Being self-motivated and driven with a desire to grow and develop within the role are key attributes.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of two years PPC experience (in house or agency)

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Understanding of user intent, and how to reverse engineer user intent from a keyword perspective

  • Understanding of buyer personas

  • Digital marketing technologies and platforms

  • Current and emerging web/internet applications

  • Excellent team player

Our client is based in Malvern but this role can be based from home with occasional meetings to be held as required within the office.
