Job description
The Role
Part Time Sales Administrator.
As Sales Administrator, you should be able to build instant rapport and strong relationships with customers and have a genuine passion for customer services, along with a strong administration background.
This can be a fast moving environment and you will play a key role providing administrative support to the Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
- Inputting/handling customers orders using ERP system.
- Communicating with customers and the production team to ensure order fulfilment.
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise closely with production ensuring stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Housekeeping of ERP system (updating details, correcting errors etc).
- Arranging customer shipments.
Requirements
- Customer services experience within an office environment.
- Excellent administration and IT skills (Word, Excel, Teams/Zoom).
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Part Time 20 hours per week.
£24k pro rata
Based in Malvern, Worcestershire.
