The Role

Part Time Sales Administrator.

As Sales Administrator, you should be able to build instant rapport and strong relationships with customers and have a genuine passion for customer services, along with a strong administration background.

This can be a fast moving environment and you will play a key role providing administrative support to the Customer Service team.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting/handling customers orders using ERP system.
  • Communicating with customers and the production team to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise closely with production ensuring stock availability to meet customer demand.
  • Housekeeping of ERP system (updating details, correcting errors etc).
  • Arranging customer shipments.

Requirements

  • Customer services experience within an office environment.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills (Word, Excel, Teams/Zoom).
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

Part Time 20 hours per week.

£24k pro rata

Based in Malvern, Worcestershire.
