Product Marketing Executive

This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Product Marketer to join a thriving Marketing department within a forward- thinking organisation. Taking the lead on a growing product portfolio, you will be responsible for researching potential market opportunities, undertaking competitor analysis as well as positioning new products and supporting launch events and campaigns.

Bridging the gap between the Marketing, Engineering and Sales teams, the Product Marketing Executive will be a key support and work collaboratively, in order to support the marketing teams in executing promotional campaigns with clear objectives.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Undertaking competitor analysis and market research
  • Gathering the customer voice for new and existing products to help prioritise the pipeline
  • Defining the product features and creating specifications
  • Creating and delivering go- to- market plans for each product, focusing on developing messaging and market positioning around products
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and engineering teams to establish the full marketing mix for each new product
  • Supporting the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in a Product Marketing role
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail
  • A 'customer centric' approach which is reflective of the business
  • A 'team player' with a positive and resourceful approach

Based in Worcester, our client is offering a basic salary of up to c£35k along with a highly competitive benefits package, including the option of hybrid working.
