Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday (7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)

Salary - £27,000

My client is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke products that are used within the construction industry sector and they are seeking new Production Operatives to join their existing team. As a Production Operative, you will assist with running production lines, using automated production machinery, quality checking and packaging new products.

Production Operative Responsibilities;

• Operate and maintain production machinery
• Packaging and packing products
• Quality check manufactured products
• Updating and working with automated production machinery
• Liaising with the maintenance team to ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum

Production Operative Requirements;

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
• Attention to detail is essential
• Good Communication skills are essential
• Must be comfortable working around automated machinery
• Willing to learn as full training and support will be provided

Based in Pembridge/Leominster, this Production Operative role is commutable from: Ludlow, Bromyard, Tenbury Wells, Hereford, Kington and Eardisley.
