Production Operative Days

Wilcox Granite is a highly respected family business specialising in wholesale granite.

Due to the business seeking to build on its existing team they require two production operatives.

Wilcox Granite stand for family values and support their workers, offering further training and opportunities for internal progression.

The hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 with a 16:00 finish on a Friday

Duties of the roles involve:-

• Meet the physical demands of lifting heavy granite material
• Checking stock for faults or inconsistencies
• Preparing granite for other areas of production
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Following established rules and procedures
• Ensuring cleanliness of work area is maintained

Due to location it is essential that applicants have their own transport.

Full training will be given, so this is an excellent opportunity to not be missed!

Salary: £10.50 - £12.00p/h depending on experience.
