Our client is a manufacturer of industrial machinery and is currently looking for a Production Supervisor, following an increase in orders from a new client.

The role will provide support to Project Manager and ensure all orders are on time and to client requirements.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Planning manning and production
• Measuring timings of assembly and manufacturing
• Quality control
• Responsible for H&S standards and policies
• Time sheets, staff training, performance management etc.

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• Supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Use of 5s techniques
• Manufacturing environment experience desirable

This Production Supervisor opportunity is based in Stourport and is commutable from Worcester, Stourbridge, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Bridgnorth and Tenbury Wells.
