-Project planning across multiple projects and locations, budgeting and costs of fleet refurbishment activities.
-Working with 3rd party suppliers and internal assets to execute project plans ensuring schedules are up to date and on time.
-Ensure project budgets are not exceeded whilst maintaining quality standards and adhering to project time scales.
-Work closely with Internal Stakeholder (Fleet Managers and Department heads) ensuring cost effective solutions to maintenance scheduling are maintained.
-Completion of all project documentation in line with company policy and procedures.
-Ongoing technical support to UK Fleet group.
-At least 5 years' experience in a project engineering role within a relevant industry (Automotive or Process Engineering).
-Minimum HNC/HND level (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering).
-Proven track record in successfully delivering project engineering activities.
-Technical and practical engineering skills ideally within the HGV fleet industry.
-Determination and commitment to ensure all aspects of the role are fulfilled to the best of their potential and ability to work well under pressure.
-Previous experience of managing multiple projects and ability to influence non direct reports to ensure activities are completed as required.
-Sound communication and presentation skills at all organisational levels relevant to the role.
-Flexible approach and able to travel to other sites around the UK.
