Market leading software company delivering national and global enterprise software solutions within their market sector. They require an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a backend software solution with a major client within the Automotive market.
-Delivery and management of high value Projects through entire Project Lifecycle.
-Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
-Ensure Project delivers within specified scope, timescales and budget.
-Engagement with key client stakeholders to ensure Project deliverables are consistent with scope, providing regular updates and obtaining client "buy in" throughout.
-Engagement and allocation of resources including Business Consultant's, Software Development and Support teams where required to achieve project goals.
-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and external vendors.
-Ensure appropriate testing is carried out against scope and deliverables.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting and escalating to management as required.
Experience & Qualifications
-Extensive Project/ Programme Management experience delivering high value Software implementation projects within Enterprise level organisations.
-Background in Finance or Automotive industries.
-Experience working within Hybrid Agile/ Waterfall methodologies.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage up to Boardroom level.
-High degree of stakeholder engagement and negotiation experience with ability to influence and create buy in.
-Formal Project Management qualification (Prince, PMP, Six Sigma etc etc).
Please note this is a part time role working 3 days a week on the 3rd party client site with scope to extend to 5 days with time split between the Leeds and Midlands.
The successful Project Manager will be required to travel between Leeds and the Midlands.
