There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering company that designs, develops and manufactures a range of bespoke products as a Quality Manager. As a Quality Manager your role will focus on managing the Operations Quality Team, assisting with continuous improvement projects and ensure that the products meet the required quality/industry standards.

Quality Manager Responsibilities;

• Lead and manage the Operations Quality Team
• Manage and monitor production quality KPI's and support corrective actions
• Assist with continuous improvement projects
• Fault find and provide technical support to the wider team
• Manage the Quality Management System
• Manage all manufacturing audits to agreed schedules
• Lead all audits to maintain EN9100 accreditation

Quality Manager Requirements;

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a Science or Engineering
• Previous experience working in a Quality Management position is essential
• Knowledge of AQAP would be advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of EN9100
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be a team player

The Quality Manager opportunity is based in Kidderminster and commutable from Worcester, Stourport-on-Severn, Redditch, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Bewdley, Stourbridge and Malvern.
