Sales Account Coordinator

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Providing support and guidance, mainly by telephone to allocated customers driving retention and increased revenue
  • Maximising customer service and satisfaction
  • Assisting and dealing with all other incoming customer and Account Management type queries
  • Promoting products and services

Your key responsibilities:

  • Managing a group of defined customers, providing support, guidance, and advice on product solutions over the telephone

  • Working alongside internal teams and other Account Managers to manage queries from all customers

  • Maximising order intake by providing timely support and delivering excellent customer service

  • Protecting existing customer base and recurring revenue through excellent customer service

  • Promoting and sell the company, all its products and services to customers

  • Representing the company in a professional manner

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good team player
  • Self- motivated and able to multi task and prioritise workloads
