Scheduler

Location: Worcester
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary - anticipated 9-month assignment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Working Arrangement: Office-based

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler to join a well-established business based in Worcester. This role sits at the centre of a busy service and administration function and will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.

As Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating workloads, supporting operational teams, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately logging jobs within the internal system

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and directing them to the appropriate team members

  • Creating purchase orders for subcontractor work

  • Producing key data and reports for department leads

  • Scheduling workloads efficiently and liaising with field-based staff regarding upcoming work

  • Issuing full details of booked work, including equipment requirements and visit information

  • Reconciling paperwork and timesheets

  • Providing general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars

=What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Scheduling, Coordination or Administration role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment

Additional Information:

This is a fully office-based role located in Worcester, working Monday to Friday.
The role is offered on a temporary contract, anticipated to last approximately 9 months.
