About the Role:

As a Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing installation issues and product faults. You'll work closely with our customer service team, traveling to clients' premises across the UK, primarily focusing on the Southwest to Southeast regions.

Service Engineer Responsibilities:

• Visiting customers' homes to complete repair jobs to the highest standards.
• Accurately documenting any required parts or remedial works.
• Communicating difficulties and updates to our Installations Department.
• Maintaining detailed records of work performed.
• Upholding the highest standards of workmanship and delivering exceptional customer service.

Service Engineer Requirements:

• Previous experience in composite, timber, and aluminium window and door products.
• Ideally, a background in carpentry or joinery.
• Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• A customer-centric approach and dedication to producing outstanding work.
• A full, clean driving license and proficiency in IT.
