Job description

We have a new excellent Temp - Perm opportunity in Droitwich for a Stock Control Administrator to join a growing team.

Duties will include:

*Perform general office administrative duties as and when required
*Accurately input data onto in house system
*Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate stock records
*Receiving and resolving customer queries, via telephone and email
*Assist with raising accurate invoices within various time-frames
*Investigate reported stock discrepancies where appropriate
*Managing accounts on a daily basis
*Liaising with departments such as Customer Service, Finance and Operations

Stock Control Admin requirements:

*Previous administrative experience
*Understanding of Stock Control and a general warehouse environment
*Experienced in all aspects of Customer Service
*IT Literate, Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
*Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and customers

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday

Pay: £8.77p/hr + Holiday


This is a Temp to Perm position. The right candidate should be looking for a new opportunity on an ongoing basis leading into a permanent role. Due to location the successful candidate MUST have their own transport.
