My client is a specialist in material testing and analysis and they are now seeking a Technical Engineer to join their existing team. As a Technical Engineer your role will focus on managing the Quality Management System, testing materials and ensuring that products meets industry standards.

Technical Engineer Responsibilities;

• Apply knowledge of ISO standards for testing materials
• Fault find and repair basic hydraulic and electrical faults
• Operate an Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) for chemical analysis
• Oversee and manage Quality Management Systems
• Conducting internal audits and support external audits
• Providing technical support

Technical Engineer Experience;

• Experienced in managing a Quality Management System
• Experienced in operating testing machinery such as an OES
• Able to troubleshoot and repair engineering faults
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Must be a team player
